I know it's ruined but it would look good if you finish it.

Unbelievable that there are still countries that leave ruins like this accessible to everyone without any precautions. No wonder people die and get hurt ever so often in these countries. These gouvernments should do something about this.

why is it so big?

Looks like it belonged to a rich clock repair company, because the scale is way too big! I mean, one of the floors in this building could fit 2 floors in a default Maxis building! If you scaled it down to 50%, then it would fit in much better.

I made a smaller one, but it lost its detail when it was smaller

It looses detail when larger as well. The scale is sometimes the most important thing here.

About scale - no problems - look at photo ....

The scale is good. And it is done guys... ITS AN ABANDONED BUILDING! They fall in on themselves. I only have one thing to say though, you can add more props and piles of rubble. Give it that old and neglected look.
