Was it really necessary to include 5 pictures worth a total of 600 kb in the package? There are still people who rely on dial-up connections. Perhaps one picture is enough on in combi Also: for every lot you have included superfluous desc files in the download. The building examplar is embedded in the lot file so you can delete the desc files safely. Also you have included the dot save files from Sc4Tool ... you can also delete those.

The BAT itself is very good and fits in nicely in residential area's. I am glad you used a grey texture instead of the black one in the 1x1 which looked a bit silly in my opinion in combination with the transit enabling for streets. Make these changes and I will give a fair rating.

Flameofthephoenix - There is nothing superfluous in the file. Don't like the pictures? If 1.44 mb is too much for you, then leave it alone. I work in the 21st century, with high speed connections and premium computers. Feel free to make your suggestions in my bat thread, where I can change things before upload.

(continue) Without explaining the entire problem, two seperate models and desc. are needed for each lot, deal with it! Rate how you want, make your own if you do not like the colors, and please try to understand I did not make these for you specifically, but for an entire community of diverse opinions. Thanks.

Great just like the 1st set...however I still dont see how these could be used in downtown areas realistic wise since many downtown garage's have a building on top of them..also think it woulda been better as a 1x2 instead of 1x3..still good job though

flame stop flaming! This is an excellent bat and will fit in any urban surroundings very well. Actualy this kind of BAT is one of the few real world thingies the game was missing. TYVM gshmails for making this and sharing it with us. 10/10.
