About This File

This a set of small clinics for rural towns and start-up cities.  There is one model with four textures:  Wood siding, Cedar siding, Red brick, and Yellow brick.  Here are the stats:

 

Lot size: 1x2

Plop: $500

Bulldoze: $250

Monthly Cost: $150

Patient Capacity: 500

Radius: 585 (same as large hospital)

 

Dependencies:  NONE
