This should have jobs as well.

This is a unique building. Great idea. I'd desaturate the colours a bit. My main concern is the transit enabling. It may cause havoc to your transport networks with sims (in cars) using it as a shortcut. Plus all the intersections it will add, which increases transit time.

As for the colors they are actually very bright in real life and cannot be mistaken if you have ever seen one. As for the transit enabled I see your point which is why I included a non transit one as well so that the user may choose as they wish.

nice. i like that it is transit enabled. i have downloaded to many things that are not transit enabled.

Very nice work... I like this one better than the other.. The only thing that i don't like is the roof, maybe because it's yellow-intense or maybe because it seems tiled. Keep it up.. 9/10
