Not bad -- reminescent of the Empire State Building. A bit too monolithic for my tastes, but I like the imposing nature of it -- it would serve well as a focal point for a high-density downtown commerical core.

Hmmm interesting concept and darn its a tall building, however I can find or a use for it in The Core - Solaria The only issue that I can easily fix is jobs, its missing about 6000 CO$$$ jobs, but nothing some tweaking cant fix. Good work though

If you could make one with a good sized amount of jobs included I will definitely download and rate generously!

The Flat Dome Shape of The Spire Clashes with the Rectangle Look Of The Building but still good...... 8/10

This building is reminescent of the Empire State Building, but doesnt look anything like it. The Empire State Building has more columns to it and has spire on top. But nonetheless this building has its own style.
