After unzipping the archive, there is a file called gro. It does not have an extension. Is this suppose to be a .DAT file?

hi anubis, you works are simply great.. but i can't get the building to show in the game, it's just empty and blank space.. or it shows a brown box.. in the zip file there is no model file, just 1 desc, 1 lot and 1 file name gro..
