Introduction / Overview
This download contains two new lots for the original building by Ill Tonkso. The original download lacked a growable lot, so I made one. In addition to this, I cut down the dependency list a bit (I eliminated the three prop pack dependencies to prevent an empty lot) and made some minor tweaks such as adjusting the visible name of the growable version, making a new custom icon and adding the new lot design to the ploppable version etc. This BAT was just too good to be ungrowable... 
All in all, you will find the following options inside:

Dependencies
Of course you need the original building, which you can find here.
As mentioned above, I tried to cut down that dependency list. These new lots require only one essential dependency: BSC Textures MEGA Pack.
There is, however, a little bonus which is purely optional, i.e. the lot won't lose any props or look empty without it.
You may have noticed that the night screenshot shows some light cones around the lamp posts on the lot. These cones are contained in the PEG MTP Mountain Theme Pack.
If you don't have the pack, the lamps will have the default light aura around them, nothing more.
So I suggest that if you have the MTP anyway for some reason, just sit back, relax and enjoy the lot. And if you don't have the MTP, sit back, relax and enjoy the lot anyway!
Old and new version - What to use? What to do with the files?
First of all, you can use these new lots in parallel with the old ones. You won't experience crashes or other problems.
However, if you use both the old and the new plop lot at the same time, you will obviously have two options in your landmark menu. This is why I recommend using only one of them.
