The SZ city hall located at the center of new shenzhen CBD.  The real building is multi functional.  It is not only the city hall of Shenzhen, there are also a central subway station, an auditorium,  and art  galleries inside the building. Beside the Shunghing Square, it immidietly become another famouse landmark of Shenzhen after its completion in late 2003.

 

The zip file contain 2 version: Plopable with CS$$ 800, and a landmark version.

I like the symmetry of the building a lot. Also the use of the three basic colours as its roof make it stand out s a true landmark building ( notto mention the size ). The lighting underneath the roof is excellent. In short: Great work! Thank you for creating and sharing this with the community.

Very good, I've noticed that you like to make BATs of buildings in Shenzen. I did some research on the Shun Hing Square, and it is cool! May I suggest that you make that one building in shenzen that looks like a half triangle, it's really close to the Shun Hing. I think people would like it. 10/10

This building is very interesting, I like the large size, too, it will help take up lots of space, that's for sure!

The design my friend is supurd. With respect, I would consider changing the textures.. Just a thought. 8/10 only because I believe the textures could be improved. If they are this would certainly be a 10/10 my friend..

I have to agree about the textures. I tried this in my city, and while the model is just amazing, the textures make it look out of place. I know the building looks just as whacky in real life, but I think you should still make the textures more subdued to make it blend in more in the game.

roof is far too blue, as are the red and yellow structures, shame, if the textures were corrected, this would look rather nice.
