To see building you must have lot editor bldgprop_vol in plug in folder of simcity 4

Hm, I have both bldgprop_vol1 and bldgprop_vol2 in plugins, and it still doesn't work.

I don't know why, but whenever I build it, it always give me the no-road zot, even if it is just surrounded by streets like in the preview pics. I'm just unable to use it: a shame.
