From the images here, it does not look like the building blends in well with the sc4 buildings. Also, the lower portion of the facades (the part with the columns) don't look too nice with the windows. Or maybe if you added more windows (around the triangle above the supports) would make it look nicer. Anyway, very nice.

Good efforts, but I believe taht the building is just not that pleasing to the eye. 6/10. If you can improve on it, the rating will go up.

I'm not crazy about the design, which is not your fault since it's a relic of SC3000, but it is nice to have some choice of stock exchanges.

Jolly Good old Chap! I'd like to see more SC3000 buildings! Perhaps the European builldings in SC3000? They were nice buildings! Keep up the good work though old bean!

Awsome simcity 3000 is back in but on simcity 4 great work.

Any chance of making it an additional stock exchange reward item? Maybe as a bigger version of the existing one? I don't like to use lots that replace... Looks good though.
