looks very cool, nice textures. one thing about the stats: the amount of garbage is way to much for such a building, a value of 2 or 3 would be better. anyway 9/10

tag_one, you're talking about Polution at center or Pollution radii? I never know which one is responsible for what. I'd update the file if I knew which stat should I edit.

sheep: Tag_one is talking about the pollution at centre. The 30 is the garbage. You should lower it a little

I wonder how the rain-evacuation system works on these bldgs, there must be a slight overflow between the roofs in a big storm. (Sorry I am curious, I am a loghome designer irl). Great BATs worth downloading. I really like the details.

Fantastic Work!

Very nice, but the roof texture needs a lot of work. The texture is nice, but repeats very obviously. Such a building is almost 75% roof in terms of what we see, so the roof needs to be very good and detailed.

Yeah the roof problems as mentioned by others dominated too much, but I just need more residential variety, and this one is too attractive to ignore. It's a download!
