This would of been my idea as well since I have no experience with BATing, however, I wouldve just made it a pink box, with no modding included, just to piss all you guys off, lol. 2/10 for the idea.

I don't see anything here that's useful. And it's ugly as hell. Looks no effort at all was put into this.

It's a pink box with a few props...anyone can do that. Even if it does do something useful, why upload it when it's obviously going to get bad ratings, especially if you don't want people to shun your work. I then ask myself "What work?". Sorry if I sound rude but I'm saying it as it is.

OK, first BAT ain't easy or perfect, but honestly, you'd get better reviews if you'd used a simple tree on an empty lot and added the cheat-functionality to it.

i don't get a pink box either cateyes015984, mines a brown box with simcity written on it. i think that there must be other dependency files in order for the lot to be displayed correctly. Are there any dependencies UDC?

Dude it sucks and should be deleted. I'ts great when you plop it down, but when I bulldozed it, there was a pollution explosion in the city, like 100x the normal amount, so thats a problem...
