A public swimming pool lot without dependencies is certainly a nice idea, but IMHO there have been better ones in the pre-BAT era already. I'm missing an entrance, a parking lot, a little food stand, changing rooms, and other details...

t wrecks, i was kinda modeling it like a community pool in my town. There no parking next to it or anything, people just walk over. But, it could definetly use a gate, i was just trying to make it dependency free.

I like it, but it could use a few people standing around, towels, and a lifeguard tower. Also, I would have called it "SwimCity."

I think its great. This really helps to freshen up an area of the city.

The pool looks good, but it raised desirability to 100% in the entire city for everything except R$$$. I took me 1/2 an hour to figure out which building had done it.

This is a cheat building. Even after it is destroyed, it leaves the entire map 100% desirable for C$, C$$, C$$$, CO$$ and 1/2 desirable for CO$$$. This might just be a bug on my computer, but test it out in a blank city before using it in a developed city.

I like it and use this in my small neighborhoods, as a sort of "walk-to" swimming pool. Sort of like a small nice amenity neighborhoods would add for local residents.
