The textures could be better, but the model is great! 9/10 for effort 7/10 for the BAT itself 9/10 for concept 8/10 overall.

Textures are actually realy similar to realife.

Looks great. In the future, though, please include all dependencies with the download. Makes things simpler and less annoying.

I must say, i LOVE this building, it's buitiful, but for future reference (maybe it only bothers me) but the name of the building isn't acutally a name it's like "CS$$$_3000 Shunhing_square" or something, i just can't have a building named that in my town, i'm sorry but i won't download it... Other than that, GREAT BAT

You obviously put much work into this model, and the result is gorgeous, useful, and unique. The original isn't one of my favorites, but that fact doesn't affect my vote ;-)

make sure you LIST dependacies and not UPLOAD them because dependacies are considered respected copyrights of their creators... they should not be uploaded with your BAT buildings. Duke87, please reconsider and recall your misguided advice.

copyrights on a texture? Give me a break. It's rude not to give credit to used textures/props/etc, but there's nothing wrong with including them. It makes my life simpler (as the downloader), so that's how I prefer it.
