The building is more or less (if I may say so, without offense), but the very detailed nitelites caught my eye, which makes this BAT an excellent addition to the STEX and a must download. *.....taking out my glasses to have a closer look at these windows at night......*

btw, I really like these colour varieties and the lots are well done also. Hope to see more like this. Thumbs up!

Excellent modeling, especially the nightlights - by the way, it seems that new standards are currently being set for these. These buildings somewhat look between true R$ and R$$, they're a bit upscale for R$ slumps yet lack some of the polishing (e.g. the style of the non-balcony windows, rather oldish/cheap) that would make them true R$$.

I nice change of pace from NYC-type buildings. The lighting is amazing. 10/10
