Well, Ol Goober finally decided to off the deep end, and offer his nuts up for sale! It seems they have been in high demand, and a retail location to sell them seems appropriate. Being the value conscience person that he is, he will offer them in large sacks, sure to satisfy even the largest appetite. Each package proudly presents the slogan : "Our sacks hold more than a mouthful!" This building comes on 4 sizes of growable lots.
