About This File

The Cobb Veinte Building (Updated 05/17/06)
3x3 Growable R$$

The Cobb Veinte Building is a 20-story apartment building
for 1253 medium wealth sims. Its eclectic style won't appeal to
everyone, but may fit into certain modern skylines.

To grow the Veinte, zone 3x3 dense residential.

In this update, I darkened the roof slightly, added a different
texture around the "roof junk," and raised the roof to differentiate
it from the penthouse.

If you would like to replace the old version with this update,
I would recommend bulldozing any old versions of it in your city
before installing the new one.

I hope you enjoy the Cobb Veinte Building!

Hey, cool! You are getting the hang of R$$ buildings - this one looks really R$$-ish. And of course, you managed to find some interesting architectural details once again. The topmost roof texture might be a tad too bright, but I will have alook at this one in game and let you know what I think. Thanks for getting into R$$; this is SO needed!

Your residential buildings look great in my Euro-Contemporary cites. They fit the bill exactly. The glass breaks up the brick box perfectly. Keep up the good work!!!

Great! I really love your buildings for a long time. Your BATs are very instructive to my residential buildings. Thank you.

Wow, this was coming unexpectedly indeed, but it's more than welcome! R-$$ highrises are rare, so this is most appreciated. I agree with T Wrecks about the roof texture, but I guess this is mainly caused by the bad quality of the JPG.
