About This File

The Cobb Galleria
(4x3 Growable R$$$ and ploppable landmark)

My first building after nearly a two-year hiatus.
The Cobb Galleria never lacks for opportunities for
wealthy sims to relax and enjoy themselves. The
ground floor lobby area is a popular market and mall,
known for the exotic wares available in its shops. The
mid-level deck offers a pool and gardens. The rooftop
deck, at 68 stories, offers a tranquil setting with
spectacular views of your city. Right below the deck
is the Cobb Galleria convention hall, offering guests
a 360 degree panorama.

I didn't really like the opening in the middle of the building. It looks like the top part is going to fall off. But... I like the roof! I'll give it a 8/10
