the only problem is that the growable is Residentail. It needs to be Commercial or else it will become abandoned rather quickly

hamster, I think you meant ploppable :p. Growable resis work fine. However the plop should be converted to either a landmark or a commercial lot. As for the building, it's great. Keep up the good work!
