Is this level of detail even possible? This has to be the greatest residential tower I've ever seen.

Phenomenal building! The detail is astounding! Definitely 10/10. Unfortunately, however, like Alkaola, the growable doesn't work for me either. I get the lot and props, but no building. Any dependencies with this for the growable that I might need?

DOXXP29, the lot does not grow? or the building does not appear in the lot? If no building, please place the model file into each folders (R$$$ and LM) in 'Marina Crown' folders. There is no dependences.

Hot damn! This is one of those buildings that one should only consider not putting in their cities because it will make everything else look like absolute crap. Good work!
