Please find a set of four lots based on jestarr's Wisconsin Gas Building, which you can find here. The most important thing I did was to convert this into a residential (R$$) building with 1,864 occupants because there are still too few R$$ BATs, especially for the old tilesets. For this purpose, I removed the crown on the roof top and designed new lots, a 3x4 lot (stage 7) and a 3x3 lot (stage 8). The screenshot shows both growable lots.
I also tweaked the stats of the CO$$ version, prevented it from growing in the Houston and Euro tilesets and made two new growable CO$$ lots as well, also a 3x4 for stage 7 and a 3x3 for stage 8.

Oh, I almsost forgot: Except for the original buildings, there are no dependencies, and this file is simply zipped as always and should be just as easy to handle on a Mac as on a PC.
