And of course, when you've bought your gun, and then been involved in a gunfight outside Jakes Saloon you are going to need the services of the lawyer who set up shop right next door to the gun shop! Now that's almost as bad as ambulance chasing!! This building is presented here as a 2x1 Landmark Lot and a 2x1 C$$3 growable lot.
