An interesting piece of far-Eastern-esque modernism. What else can I say? I was listening to a lot of 80's new wave and j-pop at the time I batted this. So naturally, it looks like it 
The first picture doesn't do it justice (SC4 was on a low graphics setting when I took the picture) The composite on the right is taken from LOT editor and a far clearer image.
Growable and Plopable included
(PLUS an XML readme file)
Details:
Well, I haven't really had the time to do a lot of modding on this. So I think the plopable has like 6000 (or some unrealistic random number) jobs. There is no telling what SC4 defaulted the growable capacity to.
(If anybody does modding and wants to fix this, PM me, and we can release a second version with everything fixed. Otherwise, I'll probably eventually get around to it)
