You know, because the building would overhang the lot and would grow anywhere... even if you got it to grow in the right place in the diagonal, it might not be the right rotation...

Excellent brick-style modelling!! Maybe you might not have needed the water tower on the roof because mid-rises usually don't require water towers for their plumbing needs.

i've used this in my cities, a couple of them, but the building just hangs in the air above the plot. then it's hard to destroy. the cursor doesn't seem to highlight the building in order to destroy it. not sure what the problem is. good idea, though.

dont you get it?! the growable grows on a 3x3 lot.big enoug for the building.the plopable is a 1x1 and it can be placed along diagonal roads.wooooow.. so difficult to get hta...
