wow i love buildings like this th at arent just normal buildings plopped in somewhere, but are special somehow, or like this one integrated into the infrastructure, it really adds to the city, great work

This building does not connect to water pipes, and traffic is red on the lot.

Thanks Simfanheatermayor....both the issues you addressed have been corrected. I added a water requirement and incressed the traffic capacity from 1000 to 7500. Hopefully that's enough. Swi21...any suggestions would be nice, not just "The textures, realy, could be much better! ".
