By request of some members of SimTropolis, The engineers as GooberGen have altered the plans of the Sim Swim Arena to accomodate a Hockey Rink! The roof is now enclosed to keep the sun off the ice, and minor enhancements made to the outer decor.
Once you have 35,000 R§ Sims in your city, you will have this available in your Rewards Menu.
