INTRODUCTION

This building is the SC4 recreation of the identically named real-world building located in Hong Kong, China.

For SimCity 4, it has been modded to suit as many playing styles as possible.
In total, you will find:
- a regular growable CO§§ lot,
- a ploppable CO§§ lot with jobs,
- a regular growable CO§§§ lot,
- a ploppable CO§§§ lot, and
- a "vanilla" landmark lot.

All stats and details below...

INSTALLATION / DEPENDENCIES

Just copy the building model file and the sub-folders for the desired versions to your plugins folder. In order to keep your plugins folder tidy, it's a good idea to make a folder for Jardine House and drag whatever version(s) you want to use into that folder. Please do not copy this readme file and/or the screenshots into your plugins folder; they are not needed by the game and may slow down your computer.

The lots have no external dependencies at all!

STATS

In the following lists, you will find all game-relevant stats and values of the different versions. This building has been carefully tweaked to match standard Maxis buildings as closely as possible, so that it doesn't unbalance the game or cause any undesired effects.

PLOPPABLE CO-§§ VERSION ( medium-wealth commercial office )

This version can be plopped like a landmark, and it's not very cheap - you gotta earn it first! ;o) However, once plopped, it doesn't cost monthly maintenance, but instead behaves like a normal growable building, i.e. it provides jobs and generates income.

Lot Size: 4x3
Occupants: 4,622 CO§§
Plop Cost: § 93,500

Flammability: 40 / Stage 5

Worth / Bulldoze Cost: § 1,272

Water Consumed: 970 gallons/month

Air Pollution: 13 / 5 tiles
Water Pollution: 14 / 6 tiles
Garbage: 8 tons

Perfect in every way! An architecture simple and elegant. Well, design not for everyone, but I and many other dear this building. You copied it (like always) outstanding from the original. I look forward already to your next, and thank you for this.

OK, since the stats couldn't be included: This is CO$$ growable & ploppable (each ~4,600 jobs), CO$$$ growable and ploppable (each ~2,500 jobs), and vanilla landmark. The trees are prop families, i.e. randomized. Detailed stats are included in the readme.

TBH, I don't like the real-world building at all. This BAT interpretation of it, however, looks spot on, hence I give a 10/10.
