About This File

Niagara Skyscraper No.20 is here!! and its a BIG ONE!

If your into realism, then dont download this lot. This lot is NOT meant to be realistic, and realism is NOT a requirement of the game or lot editor or the lot exchange depite what some people might think

Miracle Mile is actually more than a mile tall, at 5,500 FT! This structure has many benifits for your city. Such as Residential Demand Cap relief method of Employment of 8800 sims! Also, it has a VERY high landmark level to help encourage commercial growth in the city that its placed in.

howerer, nothing is free in this world, and this is true with Miracle Mile:

Plop cost $1,000,000

buldoze cost $200,000

monthly cost $2500

Also, be careful, as this Building will put a strain on your city's utilities, it takes alot of electricity and water to operate a building of this size, so your city has to have a really good economic base before placing it.

This may be my last lot as I have no plans to post any more, I may make more in the future for my game, but im not sure that i will post them anywhere...but only time will tell if i change my mind or not.

I give a 6... It seems this building has no windows, and it is too high. It looks unrealistic as well. But I appreciate your efforts, must have been a lot of work!

Wow, I give you a 10 for pure ambition! When I try and imagine the view from that building I get a little seasick... Imagine looking down on the CN tower!

Great Building. I love skyscrapers and am glad that people are building large stuctures. The realism however lacks. I loved the Polaris Tower I think that and your HSBC ones were the best

Cool VERY TALL maybe you could try making the world trade centers since your good at making tall buildings.

InFernAl, I actually already made the WTC...and it was very realistic, including the white trim that went up the corners and the dark section along the top..and tower A had the communication mast and everything

Continuing.....but when i was testing it in my game, I accidently buldozed tower A, and as I watched it collapse, I realized why Maxis omitted it from SimCity4, Their omitting it was in good taste. and I decided that it would be inapropriate to post

hahahah, I love it. Question though, do commute times go through the roof with this baby? I mean it would take about 90 minutes to wait for an elevator to get to the top floor!!!!

Excellent as usual. Is there any hopes that you may reconsider posting your WTC buildings? Afterall this is a fantasy game, I don't think many of us would get offended...

szilard, I commpletely deleted the WTC from my hard drive as when it was collapsing in my game, i just got this odd sicky feeling, and i could not use the lot.

that thing would fall over, its way too big and would wobble because of its height and shape, if it wehre alot wider at the bottom then it would be more realistic a building like that would have to have a foundation that goes a 1/2 a mile into the earth but it's creative
