ATTENTION: THERE ARE MORE DEPENDENCIES! See below.

I thought this would perfectly fit the theme of the annual Trixie Awards, so here is the Unofficial Trixie Nomination Center!

Ever since the introduction of the cool Trixie Awards in 2003, sims flocked to the gymnasium of the "Enyati Urban School" gymansium (designed by Simgoober). One year later, shcool conflicts forced nomination occurance into the meeting hall of a "Large Church" (Simgoober). Finally, now that the Simtropolis population has reached a whopping 90,000 people, and there is obviously no point in trying to accomodate that many people at one small and innefecient location, the city council decided to erect up to 3 of these election centers to fit the larger capacity of people. Sims will flock around these centers during election season.

Designed by Georges C. Dicenzo (a pseudonym I just made up), it is designed to provide maximum effeciency for recieving ballots quickly. Its design will fit in both normal SC4 or my Middle East BAT genre. These building offer about 120 jobs (55 scaled up to SC4 numbers), an EQ boost of 5, a citywide coverage and demand for residentiality and commerciality. Unlike buildings such as a library, these buildings create good demand for $$$ res/com. as well as the $$ and $ ones. Watch as high-wealth homes appear nearby as fanatic sims pay big bucks to live near enough to catch a glimpse of one of the famous nominees such as Simgoober, Dusktrooper, Dirk and even the mysterious PEGasus. This building is also rented by the regional government to support mayoral elections (a mayoral, modded version will eventually come, if I can get used to the readers). It is 3x4 (in both styles). It will appear in your education menu. People and cars appear when linked to by a road, power and probably water. Install it to the usual MyDocumentsSC4Plugins folder

The pictures are seperate due to the quantity I wanted to show. I would have stacked them into 2 long pictures had it not exceeded the max file size. So please, no-one ask to put them here. Thanks in advance (bedtime).

OK. The lighting/parking overlay/plants/BAT are really nice. Actually, I think the Lot is REALLY nice. The building texture is a little bright and bland, not a big fan of purple either. You made the Trixie Committee very comfortable. 8/10

Lol just in case the pictures aren't that hi-res, the purple are flowers. (I'm not much of a fan of purple either :D). I'll check to make sure there are no questions tommorow afternoon, I'll be busy until then.

MAJOR THUMBS DOWN!!!! THIS IS JUST A BALD-FACED ATTEMPT TO SOLICIT VOTES BY REDIRECTING PEOPLE TO A THREAD THAT YOU STARTED. 100% UNACCEPTABLE USE OF THE GREATEST ONLINE COMMUNITY...YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!!!

whats with not posting pics on the STEX? Everyone else here has to deal with this constraint when showcasing their stuff. Surely you can show some pics here AND in your thread?

The BAT itself looks nice, but you should post some screenshots here as well. At first I thought this is a shameless self-advertising, so people would nominate you for a Trixie award...

Stop with the nonsense accusations people. He just did this for the fun of the time. Noting is bad with it that I see. Anyways, it is a great BAT, and has a number of exceptional qualities in it. But I'm just saying that shouldn't it be bigger if it were an election poll? :) Great work kevinman

I did almost believe this was shameless self promotion, mainly because of the name of the BAT, perhaps you should have called it a polling station instead of a nomination centre. like the sandstone texture, unusual use of purple though. 8/10

ten1902, lay off. It's a good bat and I will surely download it and put it my cities. He just wanted to post more screenshots, that's all. People should stop affecting ratings by doing just what you did! Good job kevinman4404, and try to ignore comments like that. 9/10

Unless the installer has been updated you will not see this is your cities as it does not install to the correct folder. It is also missing a readme and/or dependency list. I am missing many props.

@ten1092- I am not the person that would do that. This was created long before the thread, the thread serves as the place to view the screenshots. I only posted the thread first because you would complain if I uploaded this without immediate access to pictures.

@anyone- the readme is not necessary- All you need to know is in this description, except the fact that is a 3x4 lot, and is found in the education menu. The disclaimer is the usual "dont reproduce w/out perm." Extract to the usual MyDocuments/SC4/Plugins folder.

@eqXzeRt and anyone in the same mind- Just take the second or two to click the link. At least I fixed it so there's no copy/paste (I hate making links). If I were to put one there, you would not feel the neccessity to visit the others. There are too many that are important (almost all of them)...
