Whats with pple and lots, you realize that in major cities, buildings have no plazas, or extra land for that matter

It's a great model, but I'm personally curoius as to whether it's growable or not.

It is growable. don't you see the Grows button in the menu? Next to RH and Sc4Bat buttons?

I tryed to make the buildings growable but I think they're all NOT growable, sorry.

I remember when this building was being built...I was a little kid at the time. I'm glad to see an SC version of it, as I like to see New York's lesser-known but impressive skyscrapers as well as the famous ones.

Good effort but, just a few suggestions from a New Yorker. It should be more narrow along 58th and 59th; about half the width you currently have. The texture should be slightly more white. Also, you may want to make it a bit taller. Still, very good effort.

it's to big 5x5 in real life it's more like 4x4 and maybe even 3x3 i can't use it in my NYC region... :-(

Nice effort but it looks more like one of the XYZ Buildings than the General Motors Building

I love the GM Building, certainly the comments before about it being tall and wide, but slender on the avenue sides are correct. Also the fabulous plaza in front contains the apple store cube. Also FAO Schwarz and CBS Early show on the fifth avenue retail. Its quite an impressive building, and should be shown in its true glory.

is that building a medium wealth building or not.

Sorry but the building shape seems not correct, real GM bldg in New York is not so "square" but more tight.
