Finally, a skyscraper you could find in any major city. It's not 1000 feet or spectacularly overdone. I like it.

Here's a thought.... why not download it and make it to your OWN specifications instead of commenting that you're not going to download it?? I like the generic look. I'll definitely download this and make my OWN lot and stats to fit my cities.

Looks just like the real thing, down to the red rolling die sculpture in the corner. It's a block from what used to be the World Trade Center, so SC designers should take note. They got around the facade laws because the block opposite was turned into an open space.

Good job, though it should be a bit more narrow along Broadway. The plaza is accurate of the real thing. Minmalism was big in the 60's.

Thank you so much for BATing all these great NYC buildings! I have been building my own sim model of NYC, but I have been using other buildings to "fudge" actual buildings like this one. Now I can use the genuine article!!

I do like how it's so bland and minimalistic. Most of the SC4 buildings arn't made with this style. The utilitarian look will fit perfectly into my 1960-70's cities. More info would be nice, like they all say, but other than that, great!!

This definitely has the 60`s New York look with great job it`s a 10 for you.

The building looks good, however more info would be appreciated in future. Just so everyone knows there are 2 landmarks (4*4, 4*6). Cost $110k, no jobs. I pulled them from my city cause though the buildings look nice, that red thing at the base looks wierd (and is on both landmarks)

Great work. Trying to biuld an accurate reproduction of Manhattan, like heaps of others. Could you do these ones for us - I can find them anywhere... 17 STATE STREET, 1 NEW YORK PLAZA, 55 WATER STREET and perhaps Castle Clinton! - tall order I know. Thanks so much again, I think you rock
