NDEX Flatbush Residence by Oneil 1.0

I agree with the others, for Chicago style it looks a bit out of place, but I can't thank you enough for creating a R-$$ high-rise - probably the most neglected building type from all BATs.

Best looking thing I have seen in a very long time. Kudos! The textures, the rooffans, and the trees just make it look superb.
