Description: This lovely villa was designed by the CEO of Remax Egypt (coicnidentally). He started its construction in 1999, hiring only the finest builders. The owner started off with a two story heavy-top two-story villa, with a flat roof, a sunroom/observation room on the roof, and most outdoor accomadations on the beautiful roof. Eventually, to ameliorate the accomodation of many relatives and family members, the CEO proceeded to add a smaller 3rd story, adding another large bedroom to the beautiful home, and lifting the sunroom another story. That was completed in 2002. In 2004, the Egyptian intervened for undisclosed reasons, and took the property priveleges for a measely $2 Million (although it is worth over 4 Million). The government hired builders to finish the utterly massive basement.

The walls are of the finest materials, which are a disclosed secret, and the roofing is of a moss ridge capri marble which is guaranteed for durability and weathering protection.
