Nice try... But looks too massive(and really seems to be, I mean, 8.6 MB, thats much for a BAT o_O).

I also think, the nightlighting could be better, there should be more variety, I see some lighted windows shemes again and again on that building. But ok, the Lot it stands on is not bad. 6/10 "good work"

AWESOME Bat. After trying the philipbo's tutorial, I understand just how hard it is to BAT. Awesome creation. After a little more tweaking it'll be even better.

Wow...that is huge. I mean, that building is massive. The width is almost unrealistic. Mind you, there are alot of skyscrapers in downtown New York that are similar in shape and size (but not height). Good job! :D

Nice design but a scaled-down growable version would be better. It's too unrealistic for me but it has great potential.

Modding this into a CO$$ growable (which was my first thought, too, btw) would be a question of minutes, but I prefer to wait and see if skyscraper releases a slightly more realistically scaled version.

Maybe dont use a prop as the top of the tower (If thats possible, I know it takes forever to render), it only renders the bottom part's shadow and makes it look weird. Other than that, great work.
