Edificio Italia by Suico
The most famous building in São Paulo and was the largest for many years.
Constructed in 1965, on the corner of the Avenues Ipiranga and Sao luiz, the Italy Building is located in one of the focal points of São Paulo. With 150 meters, the famous building has 44 floors and a subsoil, 19 elevators, 52 a thousand square meters of constructed area and capacity for 10 thousand people in normal activities.
The building is available in two versions Growable (Houston tileset) and Ploppable.
