why is it high wealth commercial jobs, though? Jobs in suburban malls certainly do not tend to be high wealth -- it should be CS$$, probably (since wealth for commercial service seems to relate both to the quaiity of the jobs and the wealth of the customers, that would be the sort of happy medium)

looks nice, agree that it should definitely not contain $$$ jobs. I don't think it should have income either, why would shopping malls pay anything to the city except for the usual business taxes?

wow very nice job, but...12x12 thats HUGE! i think beikko is right, its just a shopping mall, you shouldnt get any income from it. also if anything, it should have the parking structures around it, instead of parking lots. and possibly more jobs. but other than that, great job!

Well, I have not yet downloaded the lot, but income from it IS appropriate. It should be in the form of tax income. Also I agree that CS$$ would be the proper type of employment. This is not that hard to change. Don't have to remake the lot.

I don't agree at all with the idea that this mall is big... considering the scale of Sim City 4. Just counting the parking placements in front of the mall gives a good indication as to how convert a real big mall in the game. However, nice work!

Bitchin', only complaint is the type of jobs it has $$$ vs. $$. This is perfect for the El Cerrito Plaza in Alameda County.
