About This File

Temple of Zeus (v2)

The temple was consecrated in 456 B.C. at the beginning of the 81st Olympiade and was housing the 13m high ivory and gold statue of Zeus that belonged to the seven wonders of the ancient world (not included here).

Version 2 is not really correct for it is a completely new model (you can find it in the museums menu). If you like the older version, you can find it here: https://www.simtropolis.com/STEX/index.cfm?mode=files&filetype=BAT&Str=temple

And for i still have no nerve for proper props, feel free to add/remove what ever you like.

Hope you enjoy it! ;)

I think it's the pic that distorts the roof. Parallel lines can lead to such distortions. This can be avoided by exaggerating the size of the structures, which is something that Maxis did as well with bricks, shingles etc.

Actually its a textured polygon thats mirrored - mirroring a textured polygon results in garbled texturing.. Dont mirror - copy and move the polygon and then adjust the texture.
