The peices don't seem to match up and the textures are lacking. But something this massive demands extra points just for it's impossibility level. I think it needs some work, but I think you deserve my rating. Great job! (to second what Bertrum said, how about some BR stuff?) :D

The building is 1860m tall. It has been released long time ago in SimCityForce (Japanese), but not in the STEX. The above two pictures are photoshoped images. Please see the above mentioned thread (around page12) to see how the building actually looks like when plopped.
