This was a lot that I did a long time ago and never released. Itis actually two lots, Seaview Apartments and Del Rioaparments. They grow on corners and are 3 tiles wide and 2 tilesdeep. They are Co-Op aparments and house 150 R$$ sims.
The prop pack is not needed for this lot.
