With lot editor you can. And this lot is very cool, it's kinda funny, I think (I don't know why). I give it a 9/10

I don't think its possible cause the max on the residentail lots is 4x4(or maybe not???)

Great idea. But be careful if you plop this in a city that's decent. I plopped it, and my population went down by 30,000 in 3 months and my rating took a dive. LOL.

Actually I was working on ver.2 but my damn computer crashed and I dont know shit about these things, so it will take me some time till I make the next one :(

What's the dependencies for it.. houses doesn't appear for me And i think it produces little too much garbage (but thats my opinion)
