Building looks great, but isn't the lot a little small for the building? What if two of these were side-by-side? Could the occupants of the two buildings reach out touch each other (assuming the windows opened!)?

This reminds me of the other black downtown filler buildings that were posted long ago. I think one had the name "Victoria" in it. Anyhow, I love these buildings, keep it up!

I like the small lot. I think too many have big lots. You can always change it in the lot editor if you want a little plaza or something around the building.

I think the lot size is great. It's wall to wall, and in old cities things are wall to wall. I can imagine an old building burning down and this replacing it. Although it does look like an office tower, it also looks like it could be a hotel. we need more C$$

This is great! Has it been based on those buildings, i don't know what they are called, on Park Avenue in NYC, near Grand Central Terminal? They were designed by Mies Van Der Rohe and look just like this.

In fact this is based on the Seagram building isn't it, which is the name of the tower i was thinking of.

Yes it is based on the seagram building, which in my opinion is one of the best looking buildings of the International style.

Not a bad building! Would look great in any city!
