After a record-breaking stock market crash sent all of SimNation's infrastructure to the ground, three of the region's biggest telecommunications corporations came together and lent each other some assistance in getting their businesses back up and running. After recovery, they split up again, but recently, each corporation moved to a new headquarters building, all based on the same design, but with different nighttime lighting colors.
The three corporations are "Westpoint Communications" (silver-lit), "Shiner Corporation" (blue-lit), and "Narumo Incorporated" (orange-lit, also referred to as the 'Gold Point Tower', or GPT).
