thanks for the comments people....yes as this is based from an Asian building (we need more Asian buildings), that is why it is flashy with the yellow sides...personally, i prefer Asian buildings to US ones..lol..i like the modern designs...

@ twrecks..i figured how to do plopable with jobs..sorry mate...lol..this one has 1445 jobs using ralpheal blank lots..u can make a growable version if you want :)

Golden rising dragon at night on the sides probably won't fit in SC4... so unfortunate.

hmm... well its really good, but there are some differences with the real one. I like the real one better with only 3 sides because I'm more used to that design. I will definitely download since its the closest resemblemce we've got to the real Central Plaza, I suppose. I give a 9 out of ten.

I think it could use some more textures, but a four sided one looks nice, 3 sided building are hard to line up right... Otherwise it shows up strange.

Your central plaza is extemely inaccurate, the plan is a triangle, and you made it a square. You also lack reflectionism on the surface and should add more of the gold tint. This is not good.

Nice use of color and very modern and realistic! Bravo!
