This is my 2nd upload in the alley's of NYC series. I believe this one is alot better, and actually looks like a real alleyway. This lot is plopable, and found under the Landmarks menu, and I suggest you only use this in Low Wealth+Medium Wealth areas for residential and commerical, cause I don't think high wealth areas have dirty, rat ridden areas. Please leave comments, feel free to contact me and please rate, and Thanks to BIWDC for all his help with these.
