This is like the pier in the Nick cartoon Rocketpower.

I suggest adding a foundation to it so it doesn't look like its floating on the water...looks a bit fake.

It has a foundation, but in the pic, it's sitting really close to sea level (I built the street after the pier).

Reminiscent of a pier I saw in atlantic city.. very nice. If only there was more than one type of casino...

Perfect as the Santa Monica pier for my reproduction of Los Angeles

I think if you added more to it it would get too 'clutterd' the Giant Ferris wheel already looks out of place... How about two piers? One with an 'Amusment Park' type pier, and then another more of a 'small townish' pier with the many small shops and Central long Mall part

It looks great and I have given it an eight. I would look better if it had a more pronounced foundation to eliminate the "floating" effect. Thanks for posting it and keep up the great work!

This reminds me of the Children's Museam at Navy Pier. Did you really intend to model it after Chicago's Navy Pier? If so, great job!
