9/10. This is definately a great design however I'd go back and do a little more research. Mostly I think you hit the nail on the head but there doesn't seem to be enough "Fertile" Plains to be atlantis. The ringed city area is execellent.

Hey, nice map so far, but yes, you need to do a little more research. according to Plato's timeas and crieas (sp), there should be five rings, with a small mountain chain on the fifth (the outer). Otherwise, this is very good. well done!
