These are acouple of small modern rowhomes that are R$$ with 30 residents. Theyare on 1x2 lots and grow. The files are Small Lofts and Small LoftsSandstone. It is a remake of an older version by the same name, so ifyou have that version installed, just delete those files and replacewith these, if you do this, any existing occations of the building inyou cities will be replaced with this new one.

changes include...better texturing...the old ones looked very washedout and bright in the game, and better height matches the height of therest of the BATs in SC4 better.
