About This File

Sorry for the same screenshot but the buildings are definitly dfferent from the prior post. I just don't have the time to do this perfect.

Again a zip file with multiple BATs. Note that there is a small gap between te buildings. This is because initially I had other plans with these buildings. To me personally the gaps are okay. Anyway; I wanted to share these with you!

I heard there are issues with plopable residentials (I never have played the game myself.. so I really wouldn't know what these problems are). I hope for assistance at BSC to solve these issues or find other solutions. We'll sse

"I never have played the game myself..." What?! You have got to be kidding. Someone who is this good at creating 3d models for simcity and they never even played the game?! ...truth IS stranger than fiction!

There is possibility to avoid this issue. There must be another buildin (with active commuters) in the same place before residential plop is plopping... It allows to avoid abandond issue with most cases... 10/10 for your work!

I have haven't been so delighted by a design since Eero Aarnio's 1963 release of the "Ball Chair."

The problem with ploppable residentials has something to do with the commute paths and no one has managed to sort that yet.

some of these buildings contain 2572 $$$ residents and some of the commercial ones have 4603 $$$ jobs.. not very realistic. Really nice buildings though

Beautiful buildings, as always. I do hope someone will mod them to make them more than just beautiful, but functional as well.

I have to go with Acrobat; your whole w2w set deserves praise for its craftsmanship, but some of the lots are simply unrealistic because of their occupant sizes, including all the residential lots. The maximum number of occupants for buildings of this size would usually hover at around 80 to 120.
