The building still looks impressive, and easily makes up for the lot.

The building is just fine, but imo, the lots is terrible, which is the case of many beautiful BATs. Many BATs like this will not be downloaded and enjoyed because of this.

Don't get rid of this file I bet you can open it with winRAR is at http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm but it might not work

kris123 upload it a few times intil it is not corrputed file.

The building is amazing, but try making the lot a bit better. Add some more props and trees and etc.
