Update! Now has a unique lot name and description. I'm done with this one for now, hope you like it. I won't be churning out lots like ALTX and the CSX crew but plan on seeing more in the future.

Does this appear in the education menu? And does it take the place of the existing library or is it just a new option? Thanks.

I think it looks good, it dosn't look like my libary in my home town, but it looks like it could be one, i give it a 8 Wow, it's goona be hard to to tell if that building is the actually libary, or the R$$$ building in the game, if you know what i mean.

Good work...I know many years later since you had put up.

Very beautiful and stats similar to Maxis one (a little less expensive to maintain but nothing that hurts the balance of the game).
